Kol Dorot A Reformed Jewish Community, Early Learning Center in Oradell, New Jersey is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of our children ages 2 – 5. You will facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and foster a love for learning in a supportive and respectful manner.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with age-appropriate activities
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive educational experience
• Incorporate Jewish values and traditions into daily activities and teachings
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
